National and regional foundations that award money toward treatment cycles, egg freezing, donor costs, or adoption. Most pay the clinic directly rather than reimbursing you.

Nearly every program asks for the same things: tax returns, a treatment plan and cost estimate from your clinic, a diagnosis letter, and a personal statement. Prepare these once and reuse them.
A grant and an employer benefit are rarely mutually exclusive. Many families use employer coverage for the cycle and a grant for medications, storage, or genetic testing.
State and metro-level foundations receive a fraction of the applications national programs do. Search your state name plus 'fertility grant' alongside the national list.
Preservation programs are built for urgency and often turn around in days. Tell your oncology team you want a fertility referral at the first appointment, before treatment is scheduled.
